The female protagonist. Lala is the princess of Deviluke, a Devilukean. Lala is somewhat naive as she doesn\'t notice the fact that some characters look lecherously at her. (Such as the principal) She ran away from home so she doesn\'t have to get married. She uses many self-made inventions. At first she was pretending to love Rito to keep from getting married, but she eventually fell in love with him. Lala isn\'t shy at all, (Excluding one chapter where Lala had a illness that caused her to have an extremely cute, and shy personality) to the point where she doesn\'t care if she gets naked in front of Rito.

Like all people from Deviluke she has physical abilities far beyond that of a human and also has a distinctive tail that comes from her back. It is very sensitive causing her friends to nickname it as her \"weakness\" and tease it every so often, much to her dismay. In the recent chapters of the manga, it is shown that her tail is capable of firing a destructive beam.
