The Saint Seiya D.D. Panaromation is a new line-up by Bandai, here is the description from the Bandai official website:

A dynamic new brand from Tamashii Nations that combines signature articulated action figures with panoramic connectible structures and effects!

Basically if you collect them all you can create your own Sanctuary!

The first release is of course Pegasus Seiya, full action, that comes with display base, columns and Meteor Punches effect parts!
