please be informed that our company will be closed for the Japanese Golden Week from Saturday, May 2nd, to Wednesday, May 6th included.
During this time we will be unable to ship and support services will be limited.
All business operations will resume from May 7th
Due to a temporary suspension of services by Japan Post, DHL, and FedEx, we are currently unable to ship orders to the following countries:
United Arab Emirates, Israel, Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Bahrain, Jordan, and Lebanon.
As a result, shipments to these destinations are temporarily suspended until further notice.
For customers who already have orders in stock, we will safely keep your products in our warehouse until shipping services resume.

About shipping in Japan
Effective from October 1st, 2023: Please be informed and read the page bellow.
To our valued customers,
Starting from October 1st, 2023, in line with the new regulations, a 10% consumption tax will be applied to all products shipped within Japan. Please note the following key points:
- The 10% consumption tax will be added to the shipping cost, and not at the time of order payment, for orders with a delivery address in Japan.
- This tax is applicable all status in Japan including foreign students, residents working holidays and visitors.
- Customers will be notified when this tax has been applied to their order on the order page.
For addresses in Japan that are forwarding companies, the consumption tax will not be applied. We reserve the right to request additional supporting documents if necessary or if requested by the tax office, in order to exempt a shipment in Japan from taxes.
