Does AE sells only products from Japan?
A. Yes our products are ONLY from Japan. we do not have or sell items from Hong Kong China, or other parallel imports.We are one of the official distributor for Bandai Japan and we get the items directly from them. (the Bandai HQ is 5 min from our operations center)
Quality Control
You say that all products are new but my item has been opened...!
A. If the product as just been released the item has never been opened. Some vintage hard to find expensive products will be checked for integrity. This is to make sure we don't buy a broken toy and that you get what you paid for (all items are new, if opened we make sure it has never been displayed or played with). Thank you for understanding.
The item has just been release but I can clearly see that the box as been opened resealed...!
A.Yes, as the product in the production line at the factory are being checked randomly for quality control, there is a chance that the box has 2-3 rounds of tape to seal the item near the opening area. Please don't worry, we did not open the box, as all Bandai new releases are shipped right away.
Gold and Silver sticker
Gold sticker means that My Saint Seiya is from Japan and Silver sticker means that is from Hong Kong, so why did I get a Silver sticker?
A. The latest Saint Seiya Odin distributed in Japan has the silver sticker. All the previous Saint Seiya should have the Gold sticker on the front.
The sticker is the Guarantee from the Toei animation Group.
